What should I do if I lose a phone which has my two-factor authentication used to login to DSBCnet?

At DSBC, we have the choice of either using your phone number and OTP code as a two-factor authentication or using Authy Apps for the same purpose. If by two-factor authentication, you mean it is your phone number then we advise you to contact your carrier provider to stop the number from being used by anyone else. On the other hand, if you mean the Authy Apps, you can easily recover your account by following the instructions on the Authy website or back up your credential in Authy Apps every now and then to prevent this situation from repeating itself.
